Join Us for the Run for Freedom 5K/10K Race on July 4, 2017
Celebrating the Fourth of July is a big deal throughout the entire country, to say the least. It signifies the day the United States became an independent nation, and commemorates our pride as citizens of the land. The holiday also serves as an opportunity for all of us to pay tribute to our soldiers, both active and fallen, who risk their lives for our very freedom. This is why Daigle Plumbing & Heating is proud to announce we are sponsoring the Run for Freedom 5K/10K race taking place on July 4, 2017. The race begins at Pinkerton Academy in Derry, New Hampshire, on July 4, 2017, at 7:30 a.m. Not only is it a chance for you to contribute canned goods to the local food bank, but the race also donates all proceeds to the Liberty House in Manchester, New Hampshire.
For those of you not familiar with Liberty House, it is a housing community for veterans transitioning out of homelessness. This phenomenal organization provides supportive, safe, and substance free housing for American veterans. Their doors are always open for those looking to not only make a positive change, but also alter their circumstances. What better way is there to celebrate the Fourth of July than by giving back to those who put their lives on the line to help keep the tradition alive? Begin Independence Day by giving back, and the barbeque you eat later on might just taste more delicious because of it. Nothing says “community” better than contributing to those who need help most. Join us for the Run for Freedom 5K/10K race on July 4, 2017, and acknowledge those who have helped grant us our liberty.
